HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR LIGHTING?

For an off-the-shelf product, please browse our collections and select your items in your cart. You can checkout using Paypal or bank transfer. If you require a made to order piece, or have an order of more than 10 drops, please fill out the made to order form or contact us at products@dhliberty.com and we will be with you shortly.

HOW DO I BUY REPLACEMENT LIGHT BULBS?

Please refer to the specification sheet of your product purchased for any information on light bulbs used and replacement processes.

WHEN WILL MY ONLINE ORDER SHIP?

Our standard orders will ship within 4-6 weeks from order. All made to order items will be quoted on a case-by-case basis, with production taking 6-8 weeks following sign-off of design and samples.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We cannot accept returns at this time. However, if you are unsatisfied with the product received please contact feedback@dhlux.com  and we will do our best to assist you with a workable solution. 

 

HOW DO I CLEAN MY FIXTURE?
